DashNex Affiliate Program Terms of Service

IMPORTANT: PLEASE REVIEW THESE DASHNEX AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS) CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATION.
1. CORE TERMS
1.1 Eligibility: Participation in the DashNex Affiliate Program is available only to individuals who maintain an active DashNex
account. If your DashNex account is closed for any reason, your participation in the Affiliate Program will be terminated
immediately, and any accrued Earnings will be forfeited
1.2 Organizer: The DashNex Affiliate Program is managed and operated by DashNex, Inc., which is located at 9450 SW
Gemini Dr. #73141, Beaverton, Oregon, United States, 97008 ("Organizer"
1.3 Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in the DashNex Affiliate Program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of
Service and the DashNex Affiliate Agreement. The full text of the Affiliate Agreement is available at

1.4 Amendments to Terms: The Organizer reserves the right to amend these TOS at any time and without prior notice. It is
your responsibility to review these TOS periodically for updates. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following
any amendments signifies your acceptance of those changes.
1.5 Program Modification or Termination: The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the DashNex
Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice. This includes the ability to terminate or suspend individual participant
accounts or the entire program, at the Organizer's discretion.
2. EARNING AND WITHDRAWING
2.1 Earnings Overview: As an Affiliate, you will earn compensation through affiliate commissions or referral fees for each
qualified product or service included in the program and purchased by a customer ("Customer"). The specific commission
structure is dependent on your Affiliate Level at DashNex. Detailed information about Affiliate Levels and commission rates is
available via the Affiliate Launchpad inside the DashNex platform and in the Affiliate Agreement at
https://dashnex.com/affiliate-agreement/.
2.2 Qualified Purchases: A purchase is considered qualified if it remains undisputed without a refund, chargeback, or
complaint within 30 days following the transaction.
2.3 Qualified Leads: A lead is considered qualified if it represents a unique user who registers and confirms an account on the
DashNex platform through your Affiliate/Referral Link.
2.4 Maturation Period: Earnings are subject to a 30-day maturation period before they become available for withdrawal. This
period allows for the processing and confirmation of the qualifying transactions.
2.4.1 Extended Maturation for Referral Fees: The Organizer reserves the right to extend the maturation period for
referral fees if, after referring 10 qualified leads, the total amount spent by those leads on DashNex platform does not
equal or exceed the referral fees payable to you
2.5 Withdrawal Process: You may request a withdrawal of earnings from the Affiliate Launchpad within DashNex once your
earnings reach at least $100
2.5.1 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days through a transfer to the
bank account you have provided in your Payout settings within your DashNex account.
2.6 Disputes and Adjustments: If a Customer disputes a charge for a purchase made through your Affiliate/Referral Link,
regardless of the time elapsed since the purchase, the commission portion of the sale will be deducted from your earnings.
2.6.1 Penalty for Excessive Disputes: If disputed charges of sales made through your Affiliate/Referral Link reach 1%
of your total sales, you will receive a warning and a penalty of $15 per dispute.
2.6.2 Account Suspension: Continued disputes beyond the initial warning may result in the suspension of your
DashNex Affiliate Program account without further notice.
2.7 Non-transferability of Earnings: All earnings are credited to your specific DashNex account and cannot be transferred to
another person or entity
3. IMPORTANT RULES AND DISCLAIMERS
3.1 Marketing Practices: As an Affiliate, you are granted a unique Affiliate/Referral Link to promote DashNex products and
services and to recruit others to join the DashNex platform. You may use this link across email, social media, and other online
channels, provided your methods are legal and ethical.
3.1.1 Pay Per Click Advertising: You are prohibited from directly advertising DashNex in any search engine using
branded keywords such as "DashNex," "DashNex AI," or "Peter Garety." This includes direct linking or redirects to your
affiliate link in the destination URL of your ads.
3.1.2 Paid Advertising: Direct advertising of DashNex on paid advertising platforms, including but not limited to
Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads, using your affiliate link in ad destinations is prohibited.
3.1.3 SEO Advertising: You must not optimize your website for search terms that include "DashNex" or "Peter Garety"
or any combination that directly competes with our official websites.
3.1.4 Negative Campaigns: Running negative campaigns that include "DashNex," “Peter Garety,” or related terms in
combination with derogatory terms such as "scam" is strictly forbidden.
3.2 Affiliate Responsibilities: You are expected to market and advertise the DashNex platform diligently and in good faith.
You are solely responsible for the content on your website and other marketing materials. DashNex reserves the right to
approve or require changes to any promotional materials to ensure they conform to our brand guidelines
3.3 Intellectual Property Rights: You may not register or use trademarks, domain names, or branding similar to DashNex’s
intellectual property. Any such trademarks or rights acquired by you must be transferred to DashNex upon our request
3.4 Email Marketing: All email marketing must comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations. The use of purchased or
harvested email lists for spamming is strictly prohibited and will lead to the immediate termination of your Affiliate account and
forfeiture of earnings.
3.5 Program Integrity: The DashNex Affiliate Program is designed to reward affiliates who genuinely endorse and believe in
our products. You should only engage potential customers who could benefit from and have a genuine interest in DashNex
products.
3.6 Compliance and Termination: If we detect activities that contravene these Terms or the Affiliate Agreement, we reserve
the right to terminate your affiliate account immediately, without the possibility of reinstatement.
3.7 Use of Earnings: Accumulated commissions cannot be used after the termination of your participation in the Affiliate
Program or if you are banned from the DashNex platform for any reason
